Retired as lieutenant colonel in the US Army, she spent 22 years assigned to the Army’s major command headquarters: Army Intelligence Command in Arlington, VA, Army Training Command in Hampton, VA, and was elected to joint service assignments as comptroller of the Defense Systems Management College at Fort Belvoir, VA and office of the comptroller with the Commander-In-Chief, Pacific Command in Hawaii. Her brief and final tour was at the Pentagon as Chief of the Rapid Budget Team with the Army Department of Chief of Staff for Operations, Training and Planning.

Since retiring from military service, Donna has served in several nonprofit organizations and church staffs. After earning her Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management with University of Phoenix, Honolulu campus, she started a nonprofit management consulting service in 2004. Serving small, new start-up nonprofit organizations like churches, ministries, and other community providers, she guides the founders and their Board of Directors in applying for their federal 501c3 charitable tax exemption.  With a heart to serve, she also continues to help selected individuals navigate through the convoluted bureaucracy of paperwork as they apply for child

support, divorce, food and/or financial benefits, green card, passport, US citizenship, and the like.
