My name is Castlette NaLeiolani Ale, also known as ‘Aunty Cassie’.  Cassie qualified to become a VFW Auxiliary member under her dad, Paea Castle Wilhelm Sr., who served in Korea in the ARMY.  She has a son, Arona Castle Ikaika Ale, who also served in the ARMY in Iraq.  She is an Auxiliary LIFE MEMBER of the Wilbert Wah Hu Tom Auxiliary for Post 3850 in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii; serving since 2005, 20 long years ago. She will also serve as the Department Auxiliary Outreach Program Chair for FY 2025-2026.

Aunty Cassie has a daughter, 3 sons, and 5 beautiful grandchildren and also her ‘sweet’ 4-legged, Nalu Boy. 

It’s not volunteering for, but rather volunteering with.  It is a donation of time, not money.  It is for projects, NOT AFFILIATED with VFW or VFW Auxiliary Programs. We shall be recognized for our heartfelt kindness and loving unconditional service to our veterans, their families and our communities.
